I've seen a number of references to the Matmos cd. Any brief reviews? Does anyone know who's carrying it? (Modern Music, Bent Crayon, anyone?) Also; i've been fruitlessly attempting to track down anything by I-f. The only releases I know of for sure are "Portrait of a Dead Girl" (parts 1 & 2?) on Disko B. Anyone know anything about these? Where they can be gotten? If anyone has one to unload...I'll bite. Finally: when does the Lowfish/Solvent record on Suction come out? thanks, phil p h i l i p h u g h s h e r b u r n e - - - - - - b r o w n u n i v e r s i t y - - - - - - - - - 4 0 1 . 2 7 6 . 0 2 1 8 - - - - - - - - - - - - "everywhere, organized music is traversed by a line of abolition--just as a language of sense is traversed by a line of escape--in order to liberate a living and expressive material that speaks for itself and has no need of being put into a form." --deleuze & guattari

there are MANY other i-f, Ferenc, etc releases. most of them pretty limited on original release. best bet is to go straight to the source: HOTMIXELECTRONIX http://acidplanet.nl.com they do mail order. peeeeeeeeeeeeeece, Jeff Davis <pHlow> ____--~~~~~~vvvv~~~~ oooo812.831.7846 jjdavis@xnet.com____---- ( ( ( vvvv ~~~~~~ooooooooooooo ___----( ( \ \ \ \ \ vvv ooooooooooooooooooo ____---- ( \ \ \ \ \ \ \ http://www.xnet.com/~jjdavis/
